Kenya Safari & Yoga Retreat 2026
Rest, Realign, Reconnect Retreat
Dates: TBD
Rather than staying in one place, this retreat moves you through Kenya’s contrasts, from city to wilderness to landscape, with movement and yoga woven naturally into each setting. The journey begins in Nairobi, continues into Tsavo National Park for safari, and then moves into Kenya’s lush tea region. It’s designed to shift your pace, your perspective, and your connection to place.
movement in concert with place.
Yoga and movement are practiced primarily outdoors, in conversation with the landscape. Under open sky. On safari land. Among greenery. Breath and body meet the environment rather than a closed studio.
Styles include Hatha/Vinyasa Flow and Yin/Restorative, creating balance between energy and restoration. Movement becomes a tool for nervous system recalibration, grounding, and clarity.
This is not about perfect poses. It is about how you show up. As facilitator Jolie shares, yoga extends beyond the mat and into how we move through life, through challenge, and through connection.
journey through contrast and connection.
Begin in Nairobi, a city alive with color, creativity, and contrast. Time here invites engagement with art, culture, and the rhythm of daily life. From there, move into the epic stillness of safari, where dawn light stretches across open land and wildlife moves freely across the horizon. Later, exhale into the lush, rolling tea fields, where quiet mornings and green landscapes offer space to slow down.
This retreat is designed as a movement between environments, each one shaping how you experience presence, connection, and perspective.
designed for the curious.
This small-group retreat welcomes travelers of varying experience levels who prioritize meaningful engagement with a country and its people. It is not a static retreat in one location. It is a dynamic journey enhanced by movement, landscape, and local connection.
You’ll share meals, stories, wildlife sightings, and time in nature with others who value depth over speed.
